Jewellery
Q: Can I request a custom piece be made?
A: Yes, I can work with you on exactly what type, colour, style and choice of findings you would like.
Q: Can you make multiple pieces that are the same?
A: Yes. With Polymer Clay pieces that may be a little different because they are individually made. With fashion jewellery, I can make them exactly the same, especially for bridal jewellery.

Digital Painting
Q: How will my digital print be delivered?
A: After purchase, you will receive a link to download a zip file with your digital print. Right click on the zip file and extract the files.
Q: What format will my digital print be supplied in?
A: Each digital print will be supplied in a .jpg format. If you need another format you can contact us via email.
Q: What size will my digital print be supplied as?
A: Most digital files are supplied in three sizes. 40″ x 30″ – 32″ x 40″ – 42″ x 28″ unless a different size is specified in the product page description.
Q: Can I request a specific size?
A: If you have ordered a custom digital painting you can request any size. Otherwise, all other prints for sale come in specific sizes which will be posted in the description section of the product page.
